ABOUT
The Encantadas–Nova Brasília Trail is the complete coastal crossing of the island. It's 4.8 km (~10 km round trip) connecting the two main villages, passing through beaches, hills and forest. The locals' tip is to go from one village and return by boat (R$15, 15 min) — this way you see everything without getting tired on the way back. It's a moderate trail with some light climbs and stretches of soft sand.
